J. Patrick Barley
President
Patrick led the founding of Lonestar Midstream, L.P. in February of 2005 and he has played a key role in developing and implementing the corporate strategy for the company. Patrick brings over seven years of experience managing early–stage investments and prior to the founding of Lonestar, he formed his own private equity firm CB Capital, LLC, which serves as the General Partner of Lonestar Midstream, L.P. Prior to forming CB Capital, LLC, he was a partner at Greenfield Capital Management, LLC. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Michael P. Grace
Vice President of Business Development
Michael joined Lonestar Midstream in February of 2006 and is leading Lonestar’s Business Development and Commercial efforts. Michael brings his expertise in project management of midstream services, such as gathering and transportation, wellhead purchase and sales, and processing and treating services. His work experiences include most recently serving as a Producer Services Representative for EnCana Oil & Gas, Inc. were he was responsible for facilitating the transportation and marketing of EnCana’s Barnett Shale production. He also has held positions with El Paso Field Services and Koch Industries. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Saint Thomas.
Randal E. Margo
Vice President of Engineering and Operations
Randy joined Lonestar Midstream in May of 2006 and is leading Lonestar’s Engineering and Operations efforts. He brings over fourteen years of midstream engineering and operations experience to the Lonestar team. His work experiences include most recently spending five years with Crosstex Energy, and time with XTO Energy and Delhi Gas Pipeline. Randy’s expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction and project management make him a perfect fit at Lonestar. Also his understanding of field operations and a focus on producer services will provide an added boost to commercial activities. Randy earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station.
